# Activity & receipts

> Find an action, check its result and resolve uncertain transactions without repeating them.

Start with the account that authorized the action. Otto's personal account journal, connected-wallet transactions and public activity feed cover different things.

## Find your action

| **Stocks or Swap trade from your wallet** | Follow the ticket's transaction links, then check the signing wallet and receiving chain in an explorer                                                                                |
| **Outgoing Coinbase USDC transfer**       | Open **Permissions & transfers** and use the saved transfer's status and recovery controls                                                                                             |
| **Earlier Safe transaction**              | Open the [legacy dashboard](https://useotto.xyz/app?view=legacy) with the original wallet identity; verify the exact Safe and chain in an explorer                                     |

The Coinbase journal includes unresolved delegated activity across Base accounts belonging to your sign-in; recent completed records are scoped to the selected account. It is not every incoming transfer, a complete wallet statement or a calculation of realized returns. A failed read does not mean the history is empty.

## If the result is unclear

1. Keep the existing record, exact status and transaction hash.
2. Use **Check Base receipts** where offered. The view also refreshes while visible. A receipt check reads the existing transaction; it does not repeat the action.
3. Wait for the result before starting a dependent action. A submitted transaction is not yet confirmed, and an unknown result may already have moved funds.
4. For an outgoing USDC transfer, resume or check that exact saved transfer as instructed. Do not replace an uncertain transfer with a new one. Follow [Moving Funds Out](/account-and-settings/removing-funds).

If the result remains unresolved, contact [support](/support-and-feedback/getting-help) with the page, public account address, status, and transaction hash or job ID. Never include a private key, seed phrase, login code or access token.

## What the public feed means

The [public demo](https://useotto.xyz/app?demo=1) shows completed agent jobs and recorded payments across Otto. Its settlement links are platform activity, not your balances or personal transaction history. [Stocks holdings](/using-otto-ai/stocks) are a separate view of tracked positions and available cost-basis evidence.
