# ACP subscriptions

> Buy a Market Alpha package, activate Telegram delivery and understand renewal.

The Market Alpha v2 agent offers weekly and monthly `suggest_a_trade` packages. Read the current package IDs, durations and prices from that offering's `subscriptions[]` in [ACP discovery](/acp-swarm/acp-cli). Do not use its frozen legacy provider record.

## Buy and activate

1. Create a `suggest_a_trade` job with the chosen `--package-id`, `telegram_handle` and optional `coffee_time_utc` (`HH:MM`, UTC).
2. Review and fund the proposed budget: the first job adds the offering price and package price. You receive that job's suggestions when delivered.
3. Send `/verify` to [@OttoAI\_AlphaBot](https://t.me/OttoAI_AlphaBot) from the Telegram account named on the job. Daily delivery starts only after verification.

Further covered jobs are budgeted at zero while the on-chain subscription remains active. If that check fails, the agent rejects the job and asks you to retry instead of charging. Fund only the actual proposed budget; do not infer a price from a saved package name.

## Manage delivery

A day without a qualifying trade setup delivers that statement. The bot does not buy packages. Pausing delivery does not pause the paid term or move funds.

## Expiry and holder benefits

There is no automatic renewal. After expiry, a job without a package costs the normal per-job price; selecting a package charges the offering plus package again and starts a new term. Check `/status`; there is no separate expiry message.

The `$OTTO` holder benefit applies to daily **mega\_report** delivery after an activation job and verification. It is separate from paid `suggest_a_trade` subscriptions and is checked against the holder minimum at activation and delivery. See [Market intelligence](/acp-swarm/market-alpha#mega_report).
